The root of any business’s success is having accurate numbers. They are a necessary component of being capable of making sound financial decisions. Which makes the problem that most businesses struggle with fairly obvious: inaccurate numbers. This is where Reynolds CFO comes in.
We develop a solid understanding of your operations, ensure your bookkeeping is following a methodical process, and verify that you have a logical financial structure (Chart of Accounts). From there, we work together with you to help you make the sound decisions vital to improving your success.
RCFO will help you develop actionable KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) for both your Finances and your Operations to drive the results of your business forward. After that, we will meet with you every month to “Tell The Story,” translating the output of those indicators and your financial statements into the information you need to know.
Meet Our Founder
Jamie Reynolds
Raised in Central Virginia, for twenty-three years Jamie Reynolds has been in a variety of Finance and Operations Leadership roles with companies like: Toys “R” Us, Georgia-Pacific, Electrolux, FLIR, and Genworth Financial. Over the past seven years, he has worked with over a hundred small and mid-size businesses, strengthening their financial growth.
In addition to a variety of certifications, Jamie has a Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, and an MBA in Finance.
Not only a businessman, Jamie prides himself on being able to relieve stress and spread joy in his day-to-day life. He loves taking care of his pool, grilling, and spending time with his wife and three children, along with an occasional cigar when the situation calls for it.
